M&A activity in Turkey: aggregate value of deals 2012-2021

In Turkey, the total value of merger and acquisition (M&A) transactions fluctuated significantly between 2012 and 2021. The total value of M&A deals in 2021 was estimated at 7.7 billion euros, a decrease compared to the previous year, when total deal value amounted to 8.5 billion euros. Over this ten year period, total deal value was highest in 2012, when over 18 billion euros worth of deals were completed.
