Supplementary notes

* The International Nuclear and Radiological Event Scale (INES) is a tool developed by the International Atomic Energy Agency. It is supposed to facilitate communication and understanding of events related to ionizing radition. INES is a logarithmic, seven-step scale. Events are classified on the seven-level scale: Levels 1–3 are called "incidents" and Levels 4–7, "accidents". The scale is designed so that the severity of an event is about ten times greater for each increase in level on the scale.
INES scale: 1 = anomaly, 2 = incident, 3 = serious incident, 4 = accident with local consequences, 5 = accidents with wider consequences; 6 = serious accident, 7 = major accident.
