UK survey: most disliked factors about Christmas shopping in store 2015 This statistic displays the factors consumers dislike most about shopping in store at Christmas in the United Kingdom as of 2015. The majority of respondents (68 percent) said they dislike the crowds of people the most. Carrying heavy shopping bags home was the second most disliked aspect of Christmas shopping (13 percent). The Christmas songs ranked third (8 percent).
