The revenue of the Italian baked goods industry in 2019 varied depending on the sector considered. The total revenue of the industry was approximately 20 billion euros, with an important production of production of pasta, couscous and similar goods at just over eight billion euros and a slightly lower production of bread, fresh pastry and cakes at around 7.74 billion euros.
