UHNWIs: leading commercial property sectors 2023

According to the results of the survey, the healthcare, industrial and logistics, and offices sectors enjoyed the highest increase in interest from UHNWIs in 2023. Nevertheless, investment interest varied across different regions. In the Americas, nearly half of wealth managers (48 percent) said that their clients are getting more interested in healthcare property, while in Australasia, the industrial and logistics sector was most popular, according to 53 percent of the respondents.
