European housing, or residential real estate, market has recently shown clear signs of recovery, with an increasing house price being the main trend. In 2016, approximately 50 percent of the respondents from the Netherlands believed housing prices were expensive, compared to approximately 90 percent of the respondents from Luxembourg.
