India's gender ratio 2015-16 by state

The northern state of Chhattisgarh had the highest gender ratio based on registered births, with 961 females per 1,000 males in 2015 and 2016. In contrast, Haryana had a gender ratio of 833 females for every 1,000 males. India's average gender ratio was 954 during the measured time period.
