Share of houses on sale for more than a year Netherlands 2012-2016
This statistic shows the share of houses which have been on sale for more than a year from the third quarter of 2012 to the third quarter of 2016. In the third quarter of 2012, approximately 45 percent of all houses on the real estate market were on sale for more than one year. Subsequently, this percentage increased to 54.5 percent in the first quarter of 2014.
