Index of rental prices in the Netherlands 1990-2023

The seasonally adjusted residential property rent prices index in the Netherlands increased between 1960 and 2023. In 2022, the index reached a value of 115.7, with 2015 being the base year for calculation. The annual house price to rent index increased even more in that period, indicating that house prices have grown even faster than rents.
