Distribution of capital ownership in Sberbank 2021
As of March 2021, half of Sberbank's total capital was owned by the Bank of Russia, while over 44 percent of capital owners were shareholders defined as non-resident legal entities. A further 3.7 percent and 1.9 percent of Sberbank's capital consisted of private investors and resident legal entities, respectively.
