Share of Indian exports by commodity FY 2019

Petroleum products accounted for the highest share in Indian exports in fiscal year 2019 at over 14 percent. Jewelry was an important commodity of trade for the south Asian country - pearls and stones at nearly eight percent, and previous metals at nearly four percent. Indian exports grew by over nine percent during that fiscal year.
