Italy: Trenord customer satisfaction with travel conditions 2017

This statistic shows the results of a survey conducted in Italy in 2016 and 2017. The survey's aim was to find out the customer satisfaction with the travel conditions provided by the railway company Trenord in the Italian region of Lombardy. According to the survey results, the share of respondents satisfied with train cleanliness increased from 77 percent to 80 percent over the period.
