Retail sales of organic meat and meat products in Norway 2018, by type
In 2018 in Norway, the retail sale of organic patties, meat balls and sausages amounted to almost 34 million Norwegian kroner. Organic poultry was sold in Norwegian retail stores with a value of nearly 35 million Norwegian kroner. The turnover from the retail sale of organic minced meat and meat stuffing was around ten million Norwegian kroner.
