Value share of drugs sold in pharmacies by therapeutic group in Spain 2021
In 2021, pharmaceuticals for the nervous system had a value share of approximately 23.2 percent of the total value of pharmaceutical products sold through pharmacies in Spain, the highest share value among other therapeutic groups. Pharmaceutical products for the alimentary tract and metabolism ranked second, with an estimated value share of 21.1 percent of the total value of pharmaceuticals sold in the country that year.
