In 2022, the American corporation Pfizer ranked as the pharmaceutical company with the highest corporate reputation in Spain, obtaining the maximum possible score of 10,000 points on the Health Reputation Monitor that year. Novartis, the Swiss pharmaceutical corporation, placed second on the list with a total score of 9,302 points.
