Most visited amusement parks in the Netherlands 2022

As of 2022, De Efteling was the Netherlands’ most visited theme park with approximately 5.4 million domestic and international visitors. De Uithof, an indoor sports center which also contains a large ice rink, had a little over 1.42 million visitors, whereas Diergaarde Blijdorp, or Rotterdam Zoo as it is also known, attracted roughly 1.44 visitors.

Efteling, the most expensive theme park in the Netherlands

An average day to a theme park for a family with children four years and older can get quite expensive. People who would like to visit the Efteling had to pay 48 euros per person in 2022. Looking at ticket prices of selected water parks in Europe, visiting the Tiki Pool in Wassenaar, Netherlands would cost 27 euros as of February 2022.

Magic Kingdom most visited theme park worldwide

Overall, Magic Kingdom in the United States attracted the most visitors in the world in 2021. As of that year, the Disney park in Orlando welcomed over 12 seven million visitors in total. Prior to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic in 2019, the park welcomed nearly 21 million visitors.
