Mortgage loans for free housing: type over 3 years 2016

The statistics show the evolution of the official interest rate of mortgage loans over three years granted by credit institutions for the acquisition of free housing in Spain between July 2015 and July 2016. In July 2016, the average rate for loans of more than three years was 2.007%, according to data from the Bank of Spain.
