Import value of crude oil in Italy 2005-2018
This statistic illustrates the value of crude oil imported to Italy from 2005 to 2018. Over this period, the value of crude oil imports has grown from 2005 to 2008 before decreasing in 2009. Afterwards, the import value increased again, peaking in 2012 at 44.2 billion euros. However, from that year on, the import value experienced a gradual decline and, in 2016, it reached an all-time low of 17.1 billion euros. In 2018, it increased to 27.6 billion euros.
