Golfers with longest driving distance on PGA tour 2019 Cameron Champ, an American golfer from California, tops the list of the longest average driving distance on the PGA tour. He had an average driving distance of 316.6 yards, just ahead of British golfer, Rory McIlroy, in second place.
Good season for Rory McIlroy

Rory McIlroy tops the list of the highest earners on the PGA Tour in 2019 - he has taken home over 6.7 million U.S. dollars in the 2019 season so far. This is in large part thanks to his wins at The Players Championship and the RBC Canadian Open. He has achieved ten top 10 finishes in the 2019 season, bringing his career top 10 finishes on the PGA Tour to 77.

Golfing legends

While McIlroy has undoubtedly had a good season, he still has some way to go to catch up with some of the legends of the PGA Tour. Tiger Woods is the only player to have topped 100 million U.S. dollars in career earnings on the PGA Tour, while rival Phil Mickelson occupies the second spot with a cool 90 million U.S. dollars. Despite multiple injuries and reports that his illustrious career was over, Tiger Woods beat the odds to win the 2019 edition of The Masters. This marked his fifth win at the tournament which is held annually at the Augusta National Golf Club in Georgia. This record is beaten only by Jack Nicklaus, who won the tournament six times between 1963 and 1986.
