Penetration rate of VoIP in Belgium 2009-2017, by sector
The statistic displays the results of a survey concerning the penetration rate of VoIP in companies in Belgium from 2009 to 2017, by sector. With the exception of government, wholesale and retail sectors, the usage of VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) increased across all sectors between 2013 and 2017. As of 2017, the penetration rate of VoIP was highest in the ICT and utilities sector and lowest in construction. The penetration rate of VoIP in ICT and utilities was over 75 percent, whereas that of VoIP in the construction sector was just 40 percent in the same year.
