This statistic illustrates the share of individuals attitudes towards non-cash payment methods in the United Kingdom (UK) as of February 2018. It can be seen that 69 percent of individuals over the age of 65, stated that they were not comfortable with the idea of a cashless society, whilst a majority of individuals between the ages of 25 to 34 (51 percent) reported that they were comfortable with the idea of a cashless society as of February 2018.
