The statistic displays the distribution of registered cases of discrimination in the Netherlands in 2022, by ground of discrimination. As of 2022, the largest share of discrimination cases registered with both the police and anti-discrimination agencies were cases of discrimination based on ethnicity. Roughly 43 percent of discrimination cases registered with police were cases of ethnic discrimination in 2022, while cases of religion were among the least frequently registered with both police and anti-discrimination agencies.
