Leading factors improving the in-store experience of consumers in Turkey 2016

This statistic presents the results of a 2016 survey in which consumers in Turkey were asked which of the selected factors would make their in-store shopping experience better. Of consumers surveyed, 40 percent thought the ability to see or order an extended range of products on screen in-store would make their in-store experience better. A further 28 percent of consumers agreed that sales associates with a deep knowledge of the product range would improve in-store experiences.
