Influence of gluten-free product range on supermarket choice in the Netherlands 2018 The statistic displays the results of a survey regarding the influence of gluten-free product range on supermarket choice in the Netherlands in 2018. The survey results show that as of 2018, the availability of a wide range of gluten-free products did little to influence supermarket choice. Just over ten percent of consumers surveyed indicated that gluten-free product ranges motivated them to visit a supermarket more frequently, while close to 60 percent of respondents indicated that gluten-free products had little or very little effect on their shopping habits.
