Attitudes to treatment of minorities in new James Bond films U.S. 2019, by ethnicity

The statistic shows the attitudes towards the portrayal of minority groups in modern James Bond movies in the United States as of March 2019, broken down by ethnicity. Whilst the majority of respondents in all ethnic groups stated that they did not think James Bond movies from the 1990s and 2000s were offensive to minorities, Black respondents were more likely to deem the films very or somewhat offensive, with 28 saying they felt this way compared to 13 percent of white respondents. When asked about older or so-called 'classic' James Bond films, the figures told a similar story.
