, Joe Biden is the Democrat that would achieve the best result opposite Republican presidential incumbent Donald Trump. According to the latest poll by Civiqs
, 48 percent of voters would give Biden their vote, while 43 percent would pick Donald Trump.
In a race between Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) and Trump, Sanders would be ahead with 46 percent of votes opposite 44 percent of votes for Trump. For both hypothetical races, 9 and 12 percent of voters said they couldn’t make up their mind, adding an element of uncertainty to the results of the poll, which was conducted between March 9 and 12.
Sens. Kamala Harris and Elizabeth Warren were on par with Trump according the poll. Cory Booker and newcomer to the race, Beto O'Rourke, were trailing Trump by a small margin.
