Colombia: distribution of personal care sales channels 2017-2023, by type

In 2019, 96 percent of the sales in the Colombian beauty and personal care market were conducted offline, that is, through physical stores, telesales or catalogs. Online sales accounted for only four percent of the total sales in this FMCG segment. By 2021, sales of beauty and hygiene products concluded via internet are expected to represent six percent of the sales of the Colombian personal care market.
