Non-performing loan ratio in India FY 2008-2019

India recorded a non-performing loan ratio of over nine percent in fiscal year 2019. While this was a decrease from the pervious financial year, the country was expected to see an increase in bad loans due to the effects of the coronavirus (COVID-19) epidemic and lockdown.
