The statistic presents the leading reasons why consumers would lose trust for brands in Canada as of October 2018, by age group. According to the survey results, 15 percent of respondents aged 18 to 34 said that lack of diversity in advertising was one of the main reasons why they would lose trust in a brand, while the same was true for four percent of respondents aged 65 and older.
