How people access the news in Great Britain 2018

This graph shows the ways online adults in Great Britain regularly accessed the news in 2018. More than half (58 percent) got their news from the television, and 43 percent from the radio. A higher share of respondents accessed national newspapers online (28 percent) than in print form (22 percent). Social media was used by 29 percent of respondents as a regular means of accessing news.
