Number of companies with outstanding health management Japan 2017-2022
In 2022, around 2.3 thousand large enterprises and 12.3 thousand small and medium enterprises in Japan were awarded for their superior "health and productivity management." In 2015, the Japanese government began the recognition of business enterprises that strongly engage in maintaining the state of health of employees and improving working conditions. With the award, the government aims to improve the quality of life of employees and enhance corporate performance.
