Japan: preferred advisor employees consulted about stress at work by gender 2021

According to a survey conducted in October 2021, around 78 percent of female and 65 percent of male employees consulting with someone about stress at work in the past year turned to family members or friends for advice. It was also common to consult with workplace superiors and colleagues, with about 67 percent of female and 73 percent of male employees seeking advice.
