According to a survey conducted in October 2022, around 36.3 percent of employees in Japan who felt strongly stressed at work were under stress due to the amount of work required at their workplace. At the same time, about 36 percent felt very stressed because they made mistakes at work, or because unexpected liability emerged at work.
