Clothing and footwear expenditure trend in Italy 2018, by macro-region

Between 2017 and 2018, Italian households' expenditure trend concerning footwear and clothing was diverse among Italy's macro-regions. For example, in the South and the Islands, only 32.19 percent and 35.16 percent of the families taking part in the survey asserted that their clothing and footwear purchasing behavior in 2018 was the same as the year before. In the North part, instead, the percentage amounted to more than 50 percent.
