Reasons young people have for suppressing their social media profiles in France 2020
The are several different reasons why young people in France are deleting their social media accounts in 2020. Most of the respondents had lost interest in them (57 percent), or didn't need them anymore (55 percent). Some (36 percent) just didn't share anything and did not deem it necessary to keep them. A part of them got rid of their social media profiles in order to protect their personal data (17 percent) and because they felt that they were becoming too addicted to them (14 percent).
