Number of mobile-only bank customers in Poland 2021-2022, by bank
The popularity of banking applications in the Polish market has led to a situation where they have become the only means of communication between customers and their bank or the way of maintaining a bank account. In the fourth quarter of 2022, PKO BP had the largest number of such clients - over 3.6 million, followed by ING Bank Slaski and mBank.
