Costa Rica: growth in time spent with TV due to COVID-19

The first case of a person infected with the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) in Costa Rica was reported on March 6, 2020. One day earlier, an average inhabitant of Costa Rica spent 265 minutes (four hours and 25 minutes) watching TV. Approximately three weeks and 230 reported cases later, on March 26, 2020, the time increased to 341 minutes (five hours and 41 minutes).
