Canadian milk sales by category 2018-2022
Fermented milk was the only category in which sales were expected to decline within the milk market in Canada between 2018 and 2022. Sales of fermented milk were forecast to decrease from 10.4 million to 9.6 million U.S. dollars within this time. Sales of white milk were predicted to increase from around 2.79 billion to 2.81 billion U.S. dollars.
