Housing tenure in Spain Basque Country 2019, by type
Approximately 85 percent of people that occupy a house in Basque Country owned a real estate property, according to the latest results of a study conducted in 2019. The data points to about 8 percent of dwellers living in rental accommodation at market price, whereas approximately 3 percent did so below market price. This could be a result of old rental agreements or social housing programs.
