During the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, a worldwide survey was conducted from July to August 2020 to determine hotel guest preferences for contactless options during their stay. The results indicated that a slight majority of respondents, 52 percent, were not more likely to go to a hotel restaurant if they had the option of ordering online via app.
