Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, almost 10 percent of consumers in the United Kingdom reported that they are buying beef in bulk quantities compared to pre-coronavirus times. As of 2020, 12 percent of respondents reported that they would buy better quality beef, or more expensive cuts of beef.
