Number of women members of single-sport Olympic sports federations in France 2019
The French Equestrian Federation was the single-sport Olympic federation with the most women. In 2019, there were more than 500,000 licensees. Soccer ranks in fifth as women's sport in terms of number of members. This same year there were nearly 200,000 women to play soccer within the federal framework. In total, nearly three million women were members of one of these federations.
