Italians hold a positive opinion towards the new government of Mario Draghi. In a recent survey, 54 percent of respondents declared to have a positive attitude towards Italy's new government. In January 26, 2021, Italy's previous Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte resigned as a result of an escalation of political instability in the country. Since February 13, Mario Draghi is the new Italian Prime Minister. He has formed a technocratic government. A technocratic government is a transitional government of people with expert skills to overcome a situation of emergency in which the party system cannot fill the role of a functional cabinet.
