Prevalence of harassment experienced by startup founders 2020, by gender
In 2020, the frequency of workplace harassment experienced by female startup founders was higher than it was for men. In this survey, 30 percent of female founders reported having experienced harassment in the workplace six times or more, while only six percent of male founders reported having experienced workplace harassment on six or more occasions. The highest frequency cited by men was two or three times, whereas women were as likely to report it happening two or three times as they were to cite six times or more.
