Incidents of harassment experienced by female founders globally 2017 vs 2020
In 2017 and 2020, the same proportion of female founders and cofounders in the technology industry reported having experienced workplace harassment at least once. In 2020, two percent less women than those in 2017 reported never having experienced harassment in the workplace. In 2020, about five percent of female founders preferred not to report on their experience with workplace harassment, while three percent preferred not to report on their experience in 2017.
