Community support structures sought by female-founders worldwide 2020
In 2020, female startup founders across the world faced unique challenges as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. In the survey conducted, these founders were asked to report which forms of support they have sought from their community. The majority of founders sought out support in the form of online webinars and networking events. Female founder networks accounted for 41.7 percent of community support sought, and only 15.5 percent of founders reported not having sought out further help from their communities.
