Share of the French consulting banking apps more often with the COVID-19 crisis 2020
By 2020, about two-thirds of people in France had downloaded their bank's mobile application, and more than 40 percent of them consulted it every day or almost every day. The source then wanted to determine whether the current health crisis and the containment measures that have been put in place to handle it had influenced the use that the French were making of these applications. Yet, it appears that more than a third of the respondents had been encouraged by the crisis to consult their banking application more often.
