According to a survey conducted in October 2019, the largest share of consumers, almost 41 percent, were uncertain regarding their opinion on meat produced by culturing cells from food producing animals. While almost 16 percent of respondent did not feel safe to eat lab-grown meat, 12.7 percent claimed that they would consume products with the production method disclosed.
