Thoughts about vegetarianism South Korea 2021
According to a survey conducted among South Korean consumers in October 2021 on their thoughts about vegetarianism, almost 27 percent of respondents answered that they felt they should practice it but could just not give up meat. Around 15 percent of respondents in the same survey answered that they were already practicing vegetarianism.
Since awareness for animal rights and plant-based diets are increasing, the vegan and vegetarian population in South Korea is also increasing.
