Favorite home delivery timeline in Canada 2021, by category
Grocery was the category where Canadian digital shoppers expected the fastest delivery timeline. Up to ten percent of respondents in a July 2021 survey indicated they preferred to have groceries delivered within the hour, whereas another 33 percent said they wanted it within the day. Among non-food product categories, the most popular timelines were generally longer, such as from two to three business days in apparel and footwear.
